OUR REFUND POLICY
Our cupcakes are made by hand in small batches every morning in our shop. Custom cupcake orders are also baked to order.  Our goal is to provide every customer with wonderful customer service and quality gourmet cupcakes. Exceptional care and love is put into every cupcake we bake with the hopes that everyone will be 100 percent satisfied with their desserts. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with our cupcakes, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of taking home your cupcakes so that we can help you resolve this issue.
NOTE:  Cupcake flavor and texture is subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after cupcakes have been accepted and picked up will not be honored. You may qualify for a store credit if the product is brought back to us within 24 hours and the quality of the cake flavor or texture is determined not to meet our standards. We pride ourselves in exceptional quality and bake our cupcakes fresh in the shop. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of The Sweetest Batch Cupcakery
 If we give you a refund or store credit, you cannot keep your cupcakes.  We will not negotiate a partial refund if you choose to keep the cupcakes.
All product is the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop. Please remember that cupcakes and icing are very fragile. Speeding, going over bumps, slamming on the brakes, a wobbly table, someone bumping the table, leaving it in the car in hot weather, leaving it in your warm home in hot weather can cause damage that we are not responsible for.
